3 Easy Steps to Set-up REST HTTPS Webservices Consumer

20th April 2020

A Cleo Clarify REST HTTPS Webservices Consumer can be set-up in 3 easy steps.

1. Create REST Consumer Object

Create Cleo CLarify REST Webservice Consumer Object

Our 1st step of this process will be to create the Clarify Webservice Consumer object (above).

Note: In our example, we will not remit any paramters or variables

2. Create Business Process

Create Cleo CLarify Business Process for REST Webservice Consumer Object

In step 2, we will create a Clarify Business Process to call the REST Consumer.

In the sample above we are assigning variables to the Response Headers and Response Body. We are capturing this data to help ‘debug’ the process and track what is being returned from the webservice provider.

3. Retrieve SSH Key

Import SSH/SSL into Cleo Clarify

After the Clarify REST object and Business Process have been created, we will import the SSH key in the Admin Console (above)
